Richmond Thermal Solutions Limited offers a time saving, cost effective service for achieving compliance under the Building Regulations 2000 for Approved Document L1A and L1B (England & Wales) and Scotland (Part J 2002) for all domestic dwelling scenarios.

Our Aim:
The aim of our service is to provide a fast and efficient solution for SAP ratings, energy ratings and thermal calculations covering every scenario in domestic construction from new build, conversions, extensions, conservatories, excessive glazing situations and much more. (See Services Provided) We are also willing to liaise with the Building Control Body on behalf of the client regarding any calculations we are undertaking. We pride ourselves on being very friendly, approachable and understanding to the need of the client and we are happy to use our experience in Building Control to advise on matters relating to domestic construction.

The Future:
From April 2006 major changes have taken place in the requirements for thermal performances of dwellings and non-domestic buildings. Richmond Thermal Solutions Limited do and will continue to encompass all new changes in legislation and services provided. (See the future)
